Order Shipment Notification
Most of the successfully paid mail/express orders will be shipped within two working days. If you choose and start shipping when the order is delivered to the shipping company we recommend, we will send an “Order Shipping Notification” to you via email/WeChat; the “Order Shipping Notification” email/WeChat will generally be posted in your Received within 2 to 4 working days after confirming the order. The email/WeChat will specify the delivery content, order tracking number and the link to the post company’s webpage so that you can conduct online inquiry services.
If you do not receive the relevant email, the email may be mistakenly regarded as spam by the email service provider and blocked.

EMS charges: only in Mainland China
- In Guangdong Province: within 1 kg, the charge is HKD 65 per order
- Other parts of China: within 1 kg, the charge is HKD 120 per order
